GlobalCert’s Quality Policy is to provide reliable, independent, impartial, highly reputable, accredited certification services, which will increase the trust of interested parties.
This reliability is ensured by the continuous compliance with the existing legislation, the accreditation criteria, and the requirements set by the ELOT EN ISO 17021-1:2015 Standard, as well as other regulatory documents set by the National Accreditation System (ESYD) as in each case all the above are in force.
The main goal is the constant improvement of the image of the quality and the range of the provided services. The strategy for having satisfied customers and stakeholders includes:
- Compliance with standard, regulatory documents, applicable legislation and regulatory provisions;
- Strict observance and implementation of the terms of the contracts;
- Compliance with the procedures and instructions of the Organisation’s Quality System;
- Continuous Improvement;
- Securing resources for the implementation of certifications;
- Use of valid methods, based on technological developments and the requirements of national legislation, to conduct the planned inspections;
- Ensuring the required technical competence of the personnel involved in the inspection processes, through its validation and constant evaluation as well as providing the necessary training;
- Ensuring the independence, impartiality and integrity of all staff and external partners;
- Continuous monitoring of customer satisfaction and effective management of complaints and objections.
It is our policy not only to demonstrate we are impartial in the conformity assessment activities we carry out, but that this should be understood by all interested parties in order to deliver Certifications that offer confidence. We therefore make sure that all internal and external staff are aware of the need for impartiality. In order to gain and maintain trust in the market and stakeholders, it is essential that our decisions are based on objective evidence of conformity (or non-conformity), and that these decisions are not influenced by other interests or other parties.
GlobalCert is responsible for the impartiality of its conformity assessment activities, and does not allow commercial, financial or other pressures to expose impartiality. The way we have chosen to fulfil the requirement for consultation and ensure impartiality, is to use a committee that includes stakeholders, called the Impartiality Committee.
